Anna has a passion for aligning strategy and people through courageous conversations, values-based leadership, and fortifying teams through change. Her background in psychology adds depth to her approach, while her role as a member of the global Dare to Lead™ Certified Facilitator team positions her at the forefront of cutting-edge leadership strategies. As ICF PCC and PROSCI Certified Change Agent, Anna has worked hundreds of Leaders and Teams.  What sets Anna apart is not just her impressive credentials but her innate ability to navigate individual, team, and cultural landscapes. She dives into the nuances of purpose, identifies change barriers, and sparks the flames of success with warmth, challenge and passion.

Beyond the professional realm, Anna is a mum to five, a green thumb “PollyAnna Gardner”, a disruptor and truth seeker, who infuses energy, transcending leadership growth into whole hearts and community impact. In her own words, Anna firmly believes “you are infinitely more amazing, resourceful, and braver than you think possible”.

Verity Hall is an Organisational Psychologist, Facilitator and Executive Coach. Her passion for shifting culture and aligning organisational structure is underpinned by 20+ years of successfully delivering succession & talent management, workforce planning and leadership strategies.

Verity brings in house experience as senior HR Leader in organisations such as Ernst & Young and Santos as well as extensive experience consulting at C-suite in both public and private sectors.

Insightful, and pragmatic Verity uses a range of psychometric tools to work with leaders and teams including Facet 5 and Leadership Circle.

Amanda is passionate about unlocking potential in individuals and Teams . She brings warmth, and deep corporate experience to challenge and stretch the boundaries of performance. Two words sum up Amanda Authentic and Challenging.

As an ICF ACC Executive Coach, Leader and Facilitator Amanda’s career spans 30 years. She has held Director and Assistant-Director roles in Singapore for the Professional Development Centre, British Council, where she was responsible for setting long-term business strategy, generating extensive revenue and leading a large diverse team of professionals. More recently Amanda held leadership positions in Education and the South Australian public sector.

Amanda uses a range of psychometric tools to drive insight including Hogans, Leadership Circle and Facet5.

Jenny O’Brien

Wellness Expert, Event Extrodinaire and Coach

Jenny excels in enhancing wellness and resilience in both organisations and individuals.

As a certified coach and with a background in managing corporate partnerships and programs at commonwealth, state and local government level, Jenny combines resilience strategies with personal empowerment unlocking the full potential in people and teams.
